Autumn is a season of harvest, and Hongda Group celebrated a special harvest this year: 37 employees’ children earned admission to undergraduate universities through their hard work. On August 17, the Group held a celebration for employees’ children entering higher education, sending sincere wishes and support to the students beginning a new journey.
Manager Wang Shiwei read the list of employees’ children admitted to universities. This year’s results were especially encouraging: five of the 37 students entered key undergraduate universities, while two entered key military universities under the 2110 project, setting a new record for the Group.
Finance Director Wang Gang said employees are the foundation of enterprise development, while the happiness of their families is a source of strength for steady progress. Scholarships are intended not only to ease employees’ financial pressure, but also to foster a culture of valuing education and caring for families, encouraging more children to study hard and become pillars of society. He encouraged employees to turn this care into motivation, work with the company and build a better future together.
The student representative thanked the company for its warmth and said the support was more than material assistance: it gave him confidence for university life. He would cherish the opportunity, improve himself and live up to the expectations of the company and his family. A parent representative also thanked the company for its long-standing care for employees’ families, promising to turn that care into motivation at work.
Group leaders presented a RMB 3,000 scholarship to each student admitted to an undergraduate university and took a group photo to record this harvest shared by the Group and its employees’ families.
