On July 2–3, 2022, Hongda Business School successfully held the “Trainer Presentation Skills and Course Development” program at the conference center of Dongfang Ruihai Hotel. Managers at section-leader level and above attended the training. It was the first professional program organized by Hongda Business School since its establishment around the theme “How to Become an Excellent Trainer.”
The training was designed around the current teaching situation at the business school and the needs of the company’s internal trainers. Practical TTT expert Yu Fengran was invited to provide targeted instruction. He gave detailed guidance on the internal trainer’s role, language expression, presentation skills and course development. His engaging delivery and professional knowledge created a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, while the participants actively took part, worked together and completed every assigned task.
The program will further improve the presentation and teaching abilities of Hongda’s internal trainers and provide important support for building a strong trainer team within Hongda Business School.
