Product Applications

Excellent Organic Solvent

It has good solubility in nitrocellulose, chlorinated rubber, acrylic resin and various natural resins, and is widely used in coatings, paints, inks and adhesive industries.

Slow Drying Thinner

The volatilization rate is slower than that of ethyl acetate. It is suitable for coating processes that require a long leveling time, such as nitrocellulose paint and polyurethane paint. It can improve the gloss and flexibility of the paint film and prevent whitening and pinholes.

Flavors

It is regulated as a permitted edible spice and is widely used in the preparation of fruit-based flavors such as bananas, pears, pineapples, apricots, peaches and strawberries, and has good aroma diffusion.

Industrial Extraction and Auxiliaries

It is used as an antibiotic extractant in the pharmaceutical process, as a processing solvent in artificial leather, fabric and plastic processing, and can also be used for cleaning and degreasing precision instruments.
